Questions

Do I pay for my customers?
No. Customer contacts never count towards your seats, on any plan. Charging for the people you are trying to hear from would discourage exactly the thing the product is for.
Do I have to pick a plan to start?
No. Every workspace starts on Free, and you upgrade from Settings → Billing once you know Ardeo is worth it. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down. Limits are checked when you create something, so a downgrade never removes work you already have.
