Questions

Do I pay for my customers?: No. Customer contacts never count towards your seats, on any plan. Charging for the people you are trying to hear from would discourage exactly the thing the product is for.
What happens when the trial ends?: Your workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted, and everything comes back when you subscribe.
Can I change plan later?: Yes, up or down. Limits are checked when you create something, so a downgrade never removes work you already have.
Is there an annual option?: Yes — pay for ten months and get twelve.
